We kindly request a minute of your attention for our WORKING RULES:
• The maximum capacity for each room is established by the Pousada da Figueira.Breaking this rule will incur a fee of R$150,00 a day.
• It is forbidden to take the bath towels out from the room to the beach, lawn, swimming pool or sauna area. Guests are kindly asked not to hang their clothes or towels on the windows, doors or balconies.
• If you are not interested in the consumption of the MINI BAR items, please inform the reception so we can remove the items from the fridge. If you choose to bring your own drinks, a daily fee of R$10,00 will apply for the use of the mini bar. If drinks are removed from the mini bar without the presence or immediate knowledge of one of our employees, all the removed items will be charged on checking-out.
• Guests are not allowed to take cooler boxes with their own drinks in the private areas of the bar, swimming pool and around the common areas of the Pousada da Figueira.
• The kitchens and the restricted areas are for the exclusive use of our employees only. The support kitchen is available only for families with babies.
• In case of damage, mislay or loss of property, objects, bed linen or towels, a fee will be charged on checking-out according to the value of the damaged item. Please be aware of your belongings, as we do not take responsibility for objects left or forgotten in the common areas.
• Pousada da Figueira has the right to cancel or deny a room to guests who are showing inappropriate behaviour, such as: drunkenness, physical or verbal abuse and prostitution.
• Wishing the most harmonious stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours, from 10 p.m to 8 a.m.
