RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY (NORMATIVE Embratur In 387)

RESERVATIONS
The payment of the first instalment is configured as the booking confirmation. That is, when consummating the payment or deposit account of the contractor, formalizes – the contracting of services
hosting, regardless of contract signing. The balance of payment of daily will be charged at check-in.

The deadline for payment / deposit is 48 hours of pre-booking, past this period and not confirming the payment / deposit the pre-booking is automatically cancelled.

If it is necessary to cancel or change the booking date, the customer must communicate in writing (via email) to the Pousada Central Reservation – reservas@secretplaceangradosreis.com.br not being accepted cancellations or change orders by phone. Changing dates only allows a new schedule reservations subject to availability. The cancellation will be subject to collection of fees according to the conditions below.

LOW/HIGH SEASON – THE AMOUNT PAID will be refunded as follows:

• UP TO 15 DAYS BEFORE ENTERING, the amount will be fully refunded.
• BETWEEN 14 AND 7 DAYS BEFORE ENTERING, 70% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• LESS THAN 6 DAYS TO ENTRY START DATE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.

It will be discounted value of DOC and other fees (rules Deliberation no161 / 95 Embratur).

NEW YEAR, CARNIVAL AND HOLIDAYS PACKAGES, THE AMOUNT PAID will be refunded as follows:
• UP TO 15 DAYS BEFORE ENTERING, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
• BETWEEN 14 AND 7 DAYS BEFORE ENTERING, 60% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• LESS THAN 6 DAYS 6 TO ENTRY START DATE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.

It will be discounted value of ALL fees (rules Deliberation no161 / 95 Embratur). POUSADA DA FIGUEIRA does not make international deposits.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVES FOR GROUPS AND EVENTS
For bookings made for four or more accommodation will apply the cancellation policy of reservations for groups and events. Requests up to 30 days before the beginning of the package will be subject to imposition of fine of 10% of the amount paid. Going beyond this period, charges will be made as follows:
between 29 and 21 days before the beginning of the package, it will be refunded 80% of the amount paid.
between 20 and 07 days before the beginning of the package, it will be refunded 60% of the amount paid.
• 06 days prior to the beginning of the package, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND of the amount paid.

WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT CANCELLATION:

Non-attendance on the scheduled date of arrival will be considered “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation).

The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours from the time of entry, after this period the reservation will be canceled WITH 100% RETENTION OF AMOUNT PAID offering the vacancy to another interested. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.

ABANDONMENT AFTER ENTRY:

The withdrawal of stay on arrival or after entry into the hostel, as well as the early departure FOR ANY REASON

NOT GIVE RIGHT TO ANY REFUND, REFUND CASH OR CREDIT IN DAILY NEW, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily .

BOOKING DATE CHANGE:

Changing dates only allows A new schedule reservations subject to availability. No date transfer fee will be charged only the eventual difference in price between one period and another, observing the following deadlines:

• 15 days prior to arrival date for high season.
